What does standard install include?
One wall-mounted unit, up to 4m taped piping, one wooden/mortar hole, outdoor unit on a floor/balcony placement, plus vacuum and test run.
When do extra fees usually apply?
Piping beyond 4m, decorative covers, old-unit removal, high-place / 2nd-floor work, RC/ALC drilling, and dedicated outlet work are common extras. We flag them in the quote.
What if piping is long or concealed?
Standard is exposed piping up to 4m. Extensions are priced per meter; concealed piping is quoted separately. For 2nd-floor indoor units with the outdoor unit outside on the 1st floor, total piping is often about 8m (≈4m extension). Rentals may need landlord approval for new holes.
Is high-place or 2nd-floor work extra?
Often yes — height, scaffolding needs, roof mounts, wall hangs, and similar placements are outside standard scope. 2nd-floor indoor + ground-floor outdoor often needs about 8m total piping (≈4m extension).
Is the on-site price locked to the website estimate?
No. Displayed amounts are rough guidelines only, not a final contract price. Totals can change after survey. Using the simulator / AI estimate means you understand and agree to that. Formal quotes follow your inquiry.
Can you remove and dispose of an old AC?
Removal is an option. Disposal follows appliance recycling law, with separate recycle and haulage fees. Tell us in advance if you will reuse the old unit.

No dedicated outlet or wrong voltage?
